DESCRIPTION:North Tyneside Steelband are delighted to invite you to a night of music\, food and drink at the Salt Market Social in North Shields. \nAfter a successful event at Tynebank Brewery in 2023\, we’re coming back to wow our audience again this year (but with more space for dancing!) \nFounded in 1989\, North Tyneside Steelband are one of the oldest bands in the North East and perform nationally and internationally at official\, corporate and private functions. The band is a charity with the aim of advancing the abilities of children\, young people and adults alike in the art of steel pan. The band would not be able to operate without kind donations for performances and busking\, which allow the band to teach and perform across the North East. \nRunning Order tbc \nT&C’s \nBy accepting an invitation or purchasing a ticket you consent to being photographed\, filmed or recorded as a visitor attending the event. \nNo tickets will be sent through the post\, just bring along your confirmation to the event\, either printed or on an electronic device. \nLast entry at 9.15pm. \nOn entry to the event you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules. \nNorth Tyneside Steelband reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors if they are not behaving in a suitable manner for the event. \nNorth Tyneside Steelband reserve the right to change the performance times without prior notice. \nNorth Tyneside Steelband also reserves the rights to cancel the event. \nTickets are non-refundable and subject to availability. \nPlease note that tickets do not include food or drink. Food will be available to purchase. \nPlease note that this event will feature music at high volumes. We encourage all guests to wear earplugs. \nA photographer and videographer will cover this event and the images may be used to promote the band.
